The Journal of Independent Studies and Research on Computing is a biannual peer reviewed publication of SZABIST. As Pakistan’s first online refereed journal, this initiative seeks to encourage and stimulate research in Pakistan by providing a means to facilitate reporting and dissemination on current research being conducted in the diverse field of Computing Technology. Being an e-Journal, it has a reach both at national and international level.

Researchers at institutions and universities, and students are invited to submit original works for publication in JISR on Computing, subject to successful technical review by referees, and acceptance by the Editorial Board.

Articles published in issues to date may be viewed and downloaded from the Journal’s digital library by members. Access to the Journal is through membership which is presently free.
