It has been constant endeavor of SZABIST to promote research and motivate young researcher to focus more on societal issues-based research. As a result, we have been successful in getting more issue-oriented research papers based on the primary resources.

As a matter of fact, the issues society is confronting today can not be resolved without free and frank discussion. And in this regard SZABIST, is constantly trying to provide right environment to faculty and young researchers, who are undoubtedly the valuable treasure of our country and country's development and prosperity is very much dependent on their initiatives, action and vision, by making them available the required state-of the-art-facilities such as books, journals, digital library and computers so that they can achieve their academic and research pursuits in very conducive and research friendly atmosphere.

The Editorial Board has always been encouraging our readers to give their vital input on papers so that we can further improve the quality of research and make it more relevant to the problems management and scientific community.
